How can I control/adjust my rhythm and pace?
The concept of rhythm and pace has been one of the most helpful in my life. I noticed that I can go "full out" for a certain number of days and then I need to pull back. When I recognized the pattern and the rhythm I began scheduling and planning accordingly. I don't do marathon ink in all the spaces scheduling anymore. I started assigning energy points to activities and then allocated them. When I don't "overspend" my energy I am much more productive. Thanks, Fred, for introducing this question. I recommend that everyone think seriously about their own pace and maximize their effectiveness. And also, recognize your own pattern and don't adopt someone else's.
