What type of compliments do I value most? From whom?
I think I appreciate compliments of my character the most. It pleases me when people see past the outer things and see the real me. I especially like compliments from my family since we have the habit of joking and not complimenting each other. I took pleasure the other day when my adult son complimented the meal I served him. "Ma, you did good."
