What percent of my potential am I using?
It is a great source of frustration to me when I feel that I am not living up to my potential. Way too many of my days are spent in introspection instead of doing. I am learning from the Fenelon quote..."It is more important to listen to God than to your own thoughts." Still there are times when I am working way beyond my potential and it is a great source of joy and inspiration to realize that. It is truly "God working through me." I recently attended my dad's funeral and was able to say a few words of tribute in the service. I knew I had to kick in every bit of my potential which I think I did and God did the rest. E.H.
