Do I have a tendency to transfer responsibility for my mistakes?
It is easy to look for blame when making mistakes. Our society is trained to shift responsibility. Learning to say, "It is my fault" is part of the maturing process. I realized that it is harder to say, "I was wrong" than it is to say "You are right."
