Am I able to develop others? In what ways?
Perhaps it would be better to rephrase the question: In what ways am I able to help others develop themselves? A teacher or mentor may demonstrate a possibility, but I question the idea that one can "teach" another. Ultimately each of us must do the learning. Each of us must develop our own skills.
