When do I do my best work: under a deadline, need for ego satisfaction, sense of responsibility, creating energy?
I have found that I do my best work early in the morning. In the morning my mind is rested and does not carry the "baggage of the day". I have produced some great work under deadlines, but I prefer to work with the motivation of: creating energy, sense of personal fulfillment & growth, spiritual maturity & knowing that I am helping others. Money motivates me because the more I earn, the more I am challenged and the more I can do for others. -ljw110
