Dear Fred
Dear Fred, I'm a young Hispanic pastor and I think the Lord is calling me to start an organization to provide training to both Christian churches and secular companies on leadership, interpersonal skills, motivation and communication. Even though I have a lot of ideas in mind I don't know where should I start.

You are one of many who are asking me the same thing. I would ask you what uniquely qualifies you to begin this work. have you considered researching who else is working in this area and joining with them in something that is already established? Have you determined what the distinctive is for your ministry? Who is mentoring you in this work? What evidences do you have that God is moving you in this direction?
