The leader. Anytime I was asked to come into a business or a ministry that was in trouble I always started with the leader because that is where I found the problem. Generally weak leaders have rationalized their ineffectiveness and usually point to other people. I have found successful businesses or churches have dynamic leadership. By this I mean a doable vision and an efficient organization with adequate facilities. Keep on striving for strong leadership.
