what do you think about evolution as maybe the means by which God created man?

When I have to choose between Darwin and Genesis I accept Genesis. The fact that we are creations, not evolutions is important. It seems that more and more scientists are refuting evolution as a possibility. For example, a well known scientist at Harvard said that he knew the theory of evolution was wrong but he kept teaching it because he would have to accept the creation theory which was very distasteful to him. That is not searching for truth as science is supposed to do.
