Dear Fred
I am seeking employment and do not know where to start or even what I want to do any suggestions? I am currently a substitute teacher and need direction as to what to do now that school is out. I am not sure I want to do this in the fall. I really do need a new career as I was laid off in July 2004 and do not know what direction to go to . I want to make some good money but do not know how to get started.

I hear you making many good wishes but resolving to do nothing. What you want and what you would enjoy will not sneak up on you. You will have to determine exactly what you want and with single-mindedness go after it. Where is the job that you would really want and who can help you get?
