How do you help your employees create a succession plan before it is too late (i.e. they get burned out, bored, etc.)? How do you help them "move on" in a healthy and productive way?

First, are you sure they are involved in an activity that is healthy for them and satisfying? Would you clarify your use of succession plan? Do you mean going from one level job to another? One generation to another? Get back with me and we will talk about it some more.
