How have you maintained healthy stress in your life?

The best way I have tried to maintain healthy stress is eliminating unhealthy stress. For example worry is unhealthy. I try to see problems as challenges rather then threats. This means I develop a positive attitude to go with my circumstances. Healthy stress should be appreciated and not minimized. It gives energy and urgency along with concentration.
